If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our platform and services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered members, and paying customers. 2 About Our Services Alpha Algo Trading provides algorithmic stock market indicators, trading tools, market insights, and related digital resources. Our offerings are designed to assist traders in making informed, data-driven decisions. Alpha Algo Trading is not registered with SEBI or any financial regulatory authority. All products and services are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on our platform constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or a guarantee of returns. Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk. Past performance of any indicator or tool does not guarantee future results. You trade entirely at your own risk. 3 Eligibility To use our services, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement Not be prohibited by any law or regulation in your jurisdiction from accessing financial tools or services By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements. 4 Products & Access Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased product(s) as described at the time of purchase. Access is granted to the individual purchaser only and is non-transferable. Indicators and tools are delivered digitally — no physical product will be shipped Access credentials must not be shared, resold, or distributed to any third party Alpha Algo Trading reserves the right to revoke access in the event of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these terms We may update, improve, or modify our tools at any time without prior notice Our automated trading bot is currently under development. Features, availability, and access terms for the bot will be communicated separately upon launch. 5 Payments & Pricing All prices listed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments must be completed in full before access is granted to any product or service. We accept payments only through our official website or authorized representatives All transactions are processed via trusted, secure third-party payment gateways Alpha Algo Trading does not store any card or banking credentials Pricing is subject to change at our discretion; existing purchases are not affected by price revisions Do not make payments through any unofficial channel, individual account, or third-party platform. Alpha Algo Trading will not be liable for payments made outside our official platform. 6 Refund Policy Due to the digital and proprietary nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds once access has been granted to any indicator, tool, or resource. Exceptions may be considered only in the following circumstances: Duplicate payment made due to a technical error Access was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe due to a fault on our end All refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase at our official support email. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained. 7 Intellectual Property All content on the Alpha Algo Trading platform — including but not limited to indicators, algorithms, tool logic, graphics, written materials, and brand assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of Alpha Algo Trading and is protected under applicable copyright and IP laws. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, sublicense, or distribute any part of our content without written consent Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the underlying logic of our indicators or tools is strictly prohibited Screenshots, recordings, or sharing of our proprietary tool outputs for commercial gain is not permitted Violation of IP terms may result in immediate access revocation and legal action. 8 Prohibited Conduct While using our platform, you agree not to: Use our tools for any unlawful, fraudulent, or manipulative trading activity Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform or systems Misrepresent our indicators or tools as your own product or creation Post or distribute false, misleading, or defamatory information about Alpha Algo Trading Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access our platform without explicit authorization Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's normal operation 9 Disclaimer of Warranties Our indicators and tools are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we invest significant effort into accuracy and reliability, Alpha Algo Trading makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding: The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of market signals or data The suitability of our tools for any specific trading strategy or objective Uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform at all times Market conditions are inherently unpredictable. No indicator — regardless of its accuracy — can guarantee profitable outcomes on every trade. 10 Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Algo Trading, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for: Any financial losses incurred as a result of using our indicators or tools Losses arising from reliance on signals, alerts, or data generated by our platform Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind Any third-party actions, platform outages, or market events beyond our control You accept full personal responsibility for all trading decisions made using our tools. Alpha Algo Trading is a technology provider, not a financial advisor. 11 Account Suspension & Termination Alpha Algo Trading reserves the right to suspend or permanently revoke access to any user who: Violates any clause within these Terms & Conditions Engages in unauthorized sharing or commercial redistribution of our tools Provides false information during registration or purchase Attempts to exploit, hack, or damage our platform in any way In cases of termination due to policy violations, no refund will be issued. Alpha Algo Trading may also pursue appropriate legal remedies where warranted. 12 Third-Party Services & Links Our platform may reference or link to third-party services, brokers, platforms, or websites. These references are for informational purposes only. Alpha Algo Trading does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, services, or data practices.
